When you hoop an item, be sure the entire item is secure inside the hoop. If the item doesn’t fit in the hoop, make sure the backing fits completely around the hoop. Pin the item to the backing.
In this picture, the blanket pulled & buckled. The hooper used backing that covered the hoop. The blanket was not 100% in the hoop because the customer wanted it on the edge. The hooper did not pin down the blanket.
